This magazine project, completed with my classmates, stemmed from a brief allowing us creative freedom. Our manifesto states: “In a world driven by consumerism and beauty standards, our magazine stands apart. Pretty Ugly celebrates the charm and emotion behind objects typically deemed unattractive. It's a platform for millennial creatives, embracing Kitsch and Camp artistry, reminding us that beauty is subjective and unconventional.”
